These were for my daughter. She says she loves them but she really has not had them long since we had to exchange for a smaller size. Even sizing down as advised on the first order, we needed to go smaller. I purchased the smaller size outright at the same time we shipped he first pair back as a way to expedite the turnaround. That always makes me a little nervous when dealing with a merchant for the first time (while ordered through the site, these involve a third party). However, happily the credit for the first pair did come through last week.

This UGG is well-made and cushy, but my foot slips in it. It might be a slippery insole or a bit wide for bare feet.
